I made them Friday and started eating them, thinking nothing of it. That night Reagan started developing a rash on her chest. At first I thought, "Of course, the day after I take you to the doctor you start developing a rash!" By Saturday the rash had spread to her arms and legs and that's when I realized, she might be allergic to peanuts like Ruthie!!
I pump my breastmilk for Reagan and give it to her in bottles so basically what I eat, she eats. Since Saturday afternoon I haven't had any of those delicious buckeyes and Reagan's rash has already started going away. Reagan was also extremely fussy this weekend but that could also have been due to her reflux. She is going back on Zantac so hopefully she will be feeling better soon.Now I'll have to wait to enjoy my buckeyes until I'm done pumping. In the meantime, these buckeyes have to go in the trash b/c Uncle Nels lives far, far away and nobody else in this house can eat them:(
I'm always available to eat leftover Buckeyes...no need to trash them my friend. Eleanor doesn't seem to have a problem with peanut butter, just with gaining weight! I can't wait until she's a little chubby wubby wubberz!! See you Saturday, can't wait :)
