I was going to post the last bit of pictures from Easter, but I thought it would be more fun to post some recent pictures of Ruthie.
Yesterday, while I was studying the day away, Brendan went to run errands with the girls (he had his friend Brian with him for back up!). Ruthie was trying on sunglasses at Old Navy.
Do you like Ruthie's new haircut? It was only $10!! I'm being sarcastic here. The woman who usually cuts her hair is on bedrest. She's about to have a baby any day!! Well, I had to take Ruthie somewhere else and they butchered her hair. You can't see the back, but it looks like a weed whacker was taken to it.

Now, please look closely at this picture. Ruthie has on a dress with bows, camouflage leggings, pink socks with butterflies and lime green crocs!!! I think I need to talk to Ruthie about trying to coordinate clothes. Ha! Ha!
Today, after church we went to my friend Peggy and Eric's house for lunch. They are expecting a baby boy in a couple of weeks (Lord willing I'll be at the delivery!!). They had this HUGE teddy bear in the baby's room.
Ruthie could completely lounge across the bear with room to snuggle.
Last, but not least, Brendan has been working hard on the girls' playground this past week. Last year he built the playset. This year he built the frame & put down wood chips. It looks so nice and professional. We also bought them that little picnic table with an umbrella this year. The bench is for me to sit down on while I watch my girls play, feeling so blessed and thankful for my family!!
