We have been enjoying our Zoombezi Bay passes this summer. We took the girls last Friday and the zoo had a python out for people to touch. Ruthie jumped right in!
Reagan was a little more timid. This picture shows the one time she touched the snake. She didn't know what to think of it.
Reagan is typically a water baby, but for some reason that day she wasn't really interested. We got in the kiddie pool one time and then she spent the rest of the time playing with the stroller buckle.
We hung out in the shade together while Ruthie and Brendan went on some rides.
Since we didn't spend much time swimming, we took the girls to the small amusement park next door. Ruthie is my roller coaster girl.
Reagan's not really into rides yet. Poor thing was crying initially.
But then once it started going around in circles, she loved it!
Reagan fell asleep in the stroller so we let Ruthie ride as many rides as she wanted.
Ruthie loves this ride at Kings Island. It takes you up really high and then drops you down really fast. Of course this one is on a much smaller scale, but still one of her favorites.
The swings were her absolute favorite that day. When I was younger, the swings were my favorite ride too.
Tonight, we are off to the Hartford Fair. I'm not looking forward to the mass amounts of sweating that are about to happen, but it will be fun seeing the girls have fun.
