This past Friday Ruthie had her Christmas program at preschool. She was so excited for us to watch her. Last year she was shy and picked her nose in the middle of the performance! This year, she sang her heart out and loved being on stage.
Here is Reagan chillin' in her stroller waiting for the program to start. I thought it started at 10:30 but it really started at 11:00 so we had a lot of time to kill. (On a side note, can you believe Reagan will be a year old in less than a week?! Ughhh, I'm not ready!!!)
Ruthie was Mary in the program. This was her expression when she spotted us in the audience. This just melts my heart. She was so excited to have us there.
I love the look on Ruthie's face here. She's like, "Nick, what are you doing?"
This was the part in one of their songs where they were laying baby Jesus to sleep in the manger.
"Shh, shh, shh." Don't wake baby Jesus!
Singing another song. That's her best friend Alexis next to her with the halo. They do everything together at school.
The last song was singing, "Happy Birthday" to Jesus. She made sure to look up at Him when she was singing.
Bowing after her wonderful performance.
After the program Gigi (Great Grandma), Nana, Ruthie and I headed to the Morgan House in Dublin for an afternoon of lunch and shopping.
Don't you love how Ruthie was wearing her headband like a sweatband?! She refused to wear it up higher on her head, but she still looks darn cute!
