This past Sunday my Grandma Brant passed away.
My cousin Marcie is speaking at the funeral tomorrow and she asked me what my most memorable moment was of her. This was an easy one for me.
When I was younger we would travel up to Michigan every Christmas and stay at Grandma and Grandpa Brant's house. Everyone on the Brant side of the family lives in Michigan so Christmas time was always sort of a family reunion. I loved getting together with my cousins.
On more than one occasion Grandma Brant would have her grandchildren sing Christmas carols to her. {I dreaded it. This was totally embarrassing for me} Thankfully, only one of these moments was captured on camera. I thought I would share the pictures with all of you b/c they are HILARIOUS!!!

This particular year I had to dress up as Rudolph. This is me hopping to my cousin Valerie! {Yes, I know reindeer don't hop but I was trying my best to perform for my Grandma}
My nose was the foil wrapper of a Reese cup. My brown sweater & socks were my Grandpa's. Like my chicken legs?!
Did you have a good laugh?! I know I did looking back at these pictures. Ahhhh, the things we are made to do when we are young!
