<h3>Day One</h3>

Guess where we are at.......

The

Hilton Head Island to be exact.  We are having the most amazing time.  We arrived yesterday, but I'm still posting these pictures as day one so we can keep track of the festivities.

It was a long Saturday.  We drove all night Friday night.  The best decision as far as the girls go (they slept the whole trip).  Brendan and I were exhausted the next day.  Once we were able to check in we took baths and then put the girls in their matching pajamas.

Here is a view from our balcony.

It feels very tropical.  We have the balcony door open all the time.  I love it!!

On our way to the beach we checked out the Koi pond.

I was trying to catch an action shot of the girls walking onto the beach, but Reagan wasn't having it.

Ruthie was on the beach in no time.

Reagan was not too sure at first.  Notice how both her fingers on her hands are flared out.  She was not too happy to be walking on the sand.

Once we took her shoes off and she could feel the sand in between her toes, she was off and running.

Reagan was running circles in the sand.

Even though they were in their pajamas, we let them put their feet in the ocean.

My heart melts when I look at this picture.  LOVE.

They only put their feet in since they weren't in their bathing suits, but we could barely pull them away.

Brendan found some shell type of thing that an itty bitty, teeny tiny crab was living in.  Ruthie was excited!

Tomorrow I will post day 2 and eventually I'll post the professional photos from last month.  Right now we are having too much fun as a family in HHI.  Have I mentioned how much I love not being in school?!
